How are hands put while sleeping?

The left hand will be put on the left of the body while lying on one's side in right, the right hand is put sideways, it is just opposite to lie on the left side. Many people are used to sleeping resting the head on the arm while lying on one's side, hardly realize that it will make the arm receive the pressure to do it in this way, the blood vessel nerve around the arm will receive oppressing at various degrees, hinder the normal blood circulation, may present symptoms such as numb pain,etc..
