Social activity is everybody's indispensable activity in the modern life, however, a lot of introverted persons, especially young women, will feel greatly alarmed in the human communication, and blush, sweat, the heartbeat is accelerated, stammer while speaking and helpless and without resources, etc, this phenomenon is called it " Social phobia " . Social phobia can be divided into two kinds mainly: (1)General social phobia: If you have suffered from general social phobia, in any place, in any situation, you will fear oneself into the centre which others paid attention to. (2)Special social phobia: If you have suffered from special social phobia, you will be very frightened to some special situation or occasion. For example, you fear to make a speech in public, perform in public. Even so, you in other social lives, but does not feel terror. Salesman, performer, teacher, music accomplished performer,etc., there is special social phobia frequently. They are in and others' general contacts, and it is unusual to have nothing, but the performance as they need to appear on the stage, or when lecturing allly, they will feel extreme fear, often stammer, even stupefied on the spot.
