According to the expert's suggestion, there is a good sleep, need to pay attention to accomplishing the following several points in environment:

1,Decorate the good bedroom. Place where the sleep should be safe, comfortable, quiet making people relax.

2,Choose, sleep on bed and bed clothes, spend with they together 1/3 time in life such as you carefully. It will cause the back to ache that the bed is too soft or too hard. The bed clothes should keep comfortable too.

3,Prevent the external world from bothering (light and noise) .

4,Keep air and humidity in the bedroom, can put a wet towel or installation and a humidifier on the heater if necessary.

5,The temperature of the bedroom should keep at 16 to 18 .

6,Prevent the clock from interfering with.
